Peyton is a great kid, good student, always has a positive attitude. He is a real leader, and did a magnificent job of organizing homecoming activities. It has been awesome to see the change in Peyton as a leader in the class. He has always been respectful during class and tries to model this for his peers by gently reprimanding them to do the same. His participation in class encourages other to do the same.		     
Carter is a very hard worker he comes in to class everyday and gives 110%.  He is respectful of his teachers, classmates and of the school.  Carter uses class time to get better and pushes himself to learn new things. He's good at asking great questions!
Jayden uses polite words. She shows respect to me, her classmates and others. Jayden helps those who are hurt, waits her turn and is a happy friendly person.

Jena is always happy and positive and it carries over into her classmates. She is hard working and strives to understand material even when it is difficult. Whether intentionally or not, she takes on the challenge to make someone smile everyday. She is not afraid to ask for help if she doesn't understand something. She has attached every challenge head on and found ways to overcome challenges. She displays a growth mindset and doesn't let things keep her down long. She is also willing to help when she sees a need in the classroom.
Kellen is a great student and always working hard in and out of school. He exemplifies what a good student should be by being dedicated, hardworking, and respectful of everyone. He is completely committed to his studies and comes to class everyday ready to work. He has a great attitude and is a joy to have in class
Savannah is very sweet, caring young lady. She is always respectful to her peers and teachers. She is always smiling and will be the first to brighten her friends day by showing them she cares.
October

Jacobi brings fun and energy to the classroom.  He knows how to lighten the mood while still working hard.  He is respectful of others and always has such a great attitude.
Stephanie is so helpful and kind in and out of the classroom.  She helps me tidy up the room before/after class, she always puts 100% into my class and has a real passion and talent for music.
Alison treats others with respect. She's very considerate of other people's feelings and uses good manners. She is a follower of the Golden Rule! Keep it up Alison

Hallie is a hard worker.  She comes to class everyday ready to work and has a great attitude.  Hallie gives everything she does 110% and isn't afraid to ask questions or work hard.  Hallie is very respectful of her peers, her teachers, and her school.  Hallie is a positive role model to others.
Chloi knows how to push herself.  She goes the extra mile to get better at her instrument.  She is respectful and gives 100% everyday.
Olivia is respectful of property and things. She is aware of doing the right thing and practices respect on a daily basis. Most importantly, Olivia respects people - adults & classmates. She reminds others to do the right thing and says things kindly and respectfully.
November

Riley displays great character through the pride and ownership he takes in his work.  He is a responsible student who understands the importance of getting tasks completed efficiently and effectively.

Cloey has a caring attitude. She cares about her teachers by always saying hello and how are you? She cares about her classmates. If her classmates need something, she is right there offering her help. She cares about her performance. Cloey has high standards for herself and works hard to achieve those high standards.
Jaida is very responsible with completing her schoolwork well and on time.  She works hard and enjoys challenging herself. Jaida sets a great example for others and keeps a positive attitude. She like to plan ahead and be prepared. 

Sadie is an asset to our school. She is reliable, helpful, and works very hard. You don't need to worry about her time management. When something is due, Sadie will have it ready.
Brooklyn is so unique and she's not afraid to be herself.  She knows how to lighten the mood and she works hard.  She does what you ask of her no matter how difficult the task.
Kennedy: Our character goal this month is responsibility.  Kennedy does a terrific job of showing responsibility in the classroom. She does her best on her work, sets a good example for others, and I can count on her to do what she is supposed to do. Kennedy is a joy to have in the classroom!
December

Courtney is a very hard working, dedicated, and caring student.  She knows what is expected of her and she gets it done.  Courtney is always respectful to her classmates and her teachers, she has a great attitude and is eager to learn. 
Makarie is a very caring student who will help anyone that is struggling with homework and is always willing to help out in class. She is always excited to learn, always has a smile on he face, very kind and respectful to teachers and her classmates.
Jacob is a very caring student. He cares about other people's well-being and is very thankful. He helps out without being asked. He apologizes when necessary and easily forgives others. Jacob is a ray of sunshine ~ he brightens everyone's day!

Koltan is outstanding in academics, a leader in his class, participates in extracurriculars...the total package!
Zoey is a very caring student who will help anyone that is struggling with homework and is always willing to help out in class.  She is a hard worker and a true leader.
Maddie always says "Thank you, Mrs. Andresen" whenever I do something for her or the class. She's gentle, helpful, and kind! Grudges? She'd never be able to hold one! What a precious young lady she is.
January

Gavin works hard, does what is asked of him without complaint, always helpful and respectful.  		 
Lizzy is a leader in my classroom, she knows her content well, and helps others pursue perfection.		  
Kasen is a terrific young man, and I enjoy his presence in the classroom. He is an example of good character. His appropriate behavior during all aspects of the day is amazing. With the perseveremce theme this month, Kasen again sets an example. He's not a quitter when the "going gets tough." He makes corrections without complaining.  Kasen seems secure in who he is, and that shows a real sign of maturity. It's with great pleasure that I recommend him as the student of the month

Grace works very hard, she's kind and thoughtful, cooperative and very responsible.  She is great about getting work made up if she is gone and is very organized.  		 
Kailey works hard, puts in the time and effort to get better, and has a powerful positive mindset.  		 
Jadix is a very hard worker. He is determined to understand and learn from his mistakes. He pushes on and doesn't give up... uses GRIT! He wants to do things correctly and works at the task until it is completed! Thanks for all your hard work!
February

Kiersten is cheerful and thoughtful, works hard for her grades, and is always helpful to fellow students.  Kiersten gives everything 110% and puts in the extra effort to ensure she is doing her best!
Josie shows great self-discipline. She is self-motivated and works independently. She displays patience on a daily basis. She is self-sustaining and works until she has completed a project with high quality
Kynzie is a very responsible and mature 1st grader. She makes good choices and does the right thing even if others are not! She is a hard worker and always stays focused on the task. She's a joy to have in class!

Maddy is always so sweet, she works hard, and she always tries to see things from others perspectives. She's fun to have in class and makes learning new, tricky things, fun.
Will is constantly trying to better himself in my classroom and has shown so much improvement. He is a hard worker and always get his work done.
Shaya is a responsible student who models self-control and self-discipline. She waits patiently, is able to do the right thing, and works very hard. Shaya is  a joy to have in our class this year!
March

Meleah respectful, dedicated, hardworking and a pleasure to have in class.  She isn't afraid to ask for help and is always willing to help others.  Maleah has a great attitude and can always make you smile. 

Sam is always willing to try new things and learn new skills in my classroom.  He is kind to everyone and does his best in every situation.
Ambur is a very kind and sweet young lady. She is very helpful and considerate of others. Ambur works hard and has great manners! Keep up the good work!

Kayla is an excellent student, she's kind and helpful to others.  She is always curious about subjects we are studying, and respectful to others.
Connor is respectful. He is diligent in his studies.  He always has his work done on time. He is helpful to others.
Joseph is an amazing example of showing citizenship. He is so helpful and respectful. He understands the importance of our veterans' service to our country's freedom. Joseph works hard and respects authority! He is very active in the community helping neighbors, working at church events, and volunteering in other ways. Joseph is a great citizen.

Aspen is so kind and sweet and truly cares about the other people.  She puts good work into the classroom and everything she does.
Kayla is so outgoing and fun to have in class. She brings an energy that lightens up the room and she has worked hard this year to progress her abilities.
Evelyn is  a trustworthy student. I can always count on Evelyn to do what is asked of her. She knows the rules of the classroom and of the school, and she shows integrity by always following them.  I am proud of Evelyn's great character!

Ryan is always on time and ready to go. Homework is great, attitude is always positive.  Willingly helps others if asked, he is respectful and conscientious.
Ty brings fun into the classroom.  His quick and witty humor along with this work ethics make him a great student to have in class.
The characteristics for April are trustworthy and honest and Hadlie portrays these characteristics daily! I can depend on Hadlie in the classroom and she is a positive role model for her peers. I am thankful to have Hadlie in my class this year!
